We get it, impulse purchases happen. That’s literally an ADHD thing. We’ve been there too, which is why we’ve designed our refund policy with neurodivergent brains in mind. We want you to feel confident trying our resources without the anxiety of “what if this doesn’t work for me?”

For Digital Courses

We believe our courses can make a real difference, but we also know that not every learning style suits every brain. Here’s how it works:

• Full refund if it’s not right: If the course isn’t working for you, simply let us know within 7 days and we’ll process a complete refund.
• No shame, no questions, no hard feelings: We won’t make you jump through hoops or write an essay about why it didn’t work. Your brain is unique, and sometimes things just don’t fit.
• Easy process: Just email info@adhdwarriors.com.au with your order number and “Refund Request” in the subject line.

We only ask that you’ve genuinely engaged with the material before requesting a refund. We’re a small business supporting the ADHD community, and we trust you to be fair with us as we’re being fair with you.

For Coaching Services

Flexibility with accountability. We know ADHD brains struggle with time management and executive function, so we’ve built in grace periods:

• Rescheduling policy: Life happens- time blindness, unexpected meltdowns, work crises. You can reschedule any coaching session up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.
• No refunds on completed sessions: Once a coaching session has occurred, we can’t offer refunds as the time and expertise have been provided.
• No-show support: We get it, sometimes you genuinely forget. We’ll send you reminders because we know executive dysfunction is real.
• Emergency flexibility: Dealing with a mental health crisis or genuine emergency? Talk to us. We’re humans supporting humans.

Non-Refundable Items

To keep our business sustainable and fair to all customers, some items cannot be refunded:

• Digital downloads 
• Customised or personalised products: Items made specifically for you (custom planners with your name, tailored coaching programs, etc.) cannot be refunded.
• Sale and clearance items: Products marked as “final sale” are discounted significantly and all sales are final.
